Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to Alpen Haus Maria – Chalet & Apartments: the
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006), as amended from time to time.

In addition, the following special provisions apply:

Terms of Payment

Upon confirmation of your reservation, a deposit of 10% of the total price is due. The deposit must be transferred to the specified account within 5 days.

The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days before arrival.

For reservations made less than 21 days before arrival, the total amount is due immediately.

If payment is not made by the due date, the landlord is entitled to terminate the lodging agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The date and time of receipt by the landlord shall be decisive.

The following cancellation fees apply based on the total price of the reservation:

• Up to 42 days before arrival: 10%
• 41–29 days before arrival: 40%
• 28–17 days before arrival: 80%
• 16–8 days before arrival: 90%
• 7–0 days before arrival, as well as in case of a no-show: 100%

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be applied toward the applicable cancellation fee.

Security Deposit

The landlord reserves the right to collect a security deposit of between EUR 200 and EUR 400 upon arrival, depending on the circumstances (e.g., events, festivals, or peak booking periods).

The security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after the property has been properly returned and a final inspection has been conducted. Any damages, extraordinary cleaning costs, or missing items may be deducted from the security deposit.

Payment Method

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by bank transfer. Cash payment on site is possible upon prior arrangement.
